Vintage Baseball Game
Come experience America's national pastime! Our 3rd annual vintage game will feature turn of the century rules, era uniforms, lemon peel balls, smacker bats & classic concessions. Teams representing both the Ada & Cascade communities will compete in a game at Ada Park.
This is a free community event and spectators are encouraged to bring your own lawn chair.



Beers at the Bridge

The Beers at the Bridge Summer Concert Series is presented by Ada Township DDA
Beers at the Bridge is free to attend. The event will feature food and drinks available for purchase.

Tour the Ada Dam
In conjunction with our current exhibit CHANGE, we offer a tour of the Ada dam – as she approaches her 100th year.
Pre-registration is required, call 616.676.9346 or email AdaHistoricalSociety@gmail.com to reserve a spot.
The dam is not accessible for people with limited mobility

Ada Village Walking Tour
Let’s walk through history looking at the changes to the heart of Ada’s village. Tour covers roughly a mile in one hour, beginning at Legacy Park.

Santa Parade & Decorate Cookies
Ada’s Santa Parade begins at 11am and there will be cookies and hot chocolate in the History Center barn.

Tinsel, Treats, & Trolleys
Stop by the History Center to visit with reindeer and Mrs. Claus as part of the village-wide holiday open house. Color vintage holiday cards with your little elves. Visit the holiday wreath sale in the barn.
